Care for your career
Around 140 of us work across the village: nurses and caregivers, kitchen and catering staff, the gardeners and groundspeople who keep our 15 acres looking their best, and the activities and office team who hold it all together. Whatever your role, you will be part of a friendly, long-serving team that looks after each other as well as our residents.
Our residents live independently and in our care centre side by side, so the work is wonderfully varied — and because we are a village, not just a workplace, you will get to know the people you support as neighbours and friends.
